With 2 full bathrooms featuring high end finishes, gourmet kitchen with large butcher block island, and open floor plan for the living spaces, guests will feel right at home. With sound dampening installed between each floor, you can enjoy the beautiful views in peace. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful views along the neighborhood roads and includes access to a lookout deck over the intra-coastal waterway a short 1/4 mile walk away. Enjoy quiet walks and take in the sunrises and sunsets and the abundant wildlife including herrings, geese, ducks and dolphins!

Two Kayaks are available at the property to use and additional kayaks, paddle boards and jet ski rentals are just 1.5 miles away at 132 Cedar Point Blvd and 108 West Corbett Ave along with a public boat ramp at 144 Cedar Point Blvd.

Unit A on the lower level also has similar floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths if you are interested in booking both levels for extended family and friends.
