Discover Memory Maker House, a fully renovated, special family experience! Kid-friendly with essentials like high-chair and pack-and-play, plus a separate workspace convertible to kids’ TV room. Unwind on the shaded deck or bond over shows on a 75" TV. Dine/connect together – open floor plan DR/kitchen/FR. Reward yourself w/ the MBR: king, 65” TV, en-suite. Ample parking with covered garage. Minutes from downtown and UNI, lighted pickleball courts nearby. Perfect for making memories!

The owners chose layout, furnishings, accommodations, supplies, etc. like their family would stay and/or work there. The living room has a pocket door which effectively turns the room into a dedicated workspace or an escape for kids to watch TV. The kitchen flows into the dining area, so big groups can have a meal together - at the kitchen island, dining table, or both. Upstairs you will find washer/dryer, master (king) bedroom/full bath, and three bedrooms/full bath. All bedrooms have black-out curtains. Three TV’s: 75” (family room), 65” (MBR), 55” (living room).
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from University of Northern Iowa. A water park is available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the vacation home.

Wonderful place to gather
This home is perfect for family. Being away from home, this property had everything we needed to be comfortable, an open concept to gather and have fun, cook and play games and make memories as we did. Unforgettable weekend. The host was very responsive

Great house for a group!
Michael and Andrea’s home was a great fit for our group. It was clean, comfortable and a perfect fit for a large group! We were able to go to the amusement park and water park easily and have a comfortable home each night to cook and rest. Michael was responsive and great to work with. We would stay here again!
