I’ve never had an issue with a Motel 6 - you get what you pay for… But this particular location had horrible customer service and suspect business practices. I do NOT recommend staying here. They will take your security deposit for trumped up reasons that aren’t true and are rude when questioned about this nefarious behavior. It would be worth the money to stay somewhere else and probably end up costing less in the long run.

It would be nice to have had a room with bigger beds. Four of us had one room and then I needed my own room because of the small beds.

When booking the room with Expedia I checked off that I wanted a ground floor room. This was selected. When I got to the motel they gave me a room on the 3rd floor; I told them I had definitely booked a ground floor room. I insisted on a ground floor room as we are seniors and had a fair amount of luggage. They ended up charging me extra for a ground floor room which I paid. As far as I am concerned Expedia owes me a refund.

I travel with a large dog and excessive luggage. Only pet rooms are on 3rd floor which was very inconvenient for me with pet heistent to take elevator. Baseboard in bathroom was peed off from water leak. Seemed like Spartan dorm room.

The room smelled of smoke. The walls were super thin so we could hear everyone talking around us. There were some men running up and down the halls all night yelling. The bathroom was clean and the room was sparse but clean. It was worth $50.
