An excellent 5 Star Hotel that far exceeded my expectations. Clean, elegant, spacious with option galore on shopping high end products. Casino is an excellent night time entertainment and restaurant choices to cater everyone’s palate. It’s pricey, but worth every penny for Cebu destination.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly welcome. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options – easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Checking in took 45-50 mins standing on the check in area. The AC was hella hot!! Got the room around 4 pm went out 3-4 hours just to wait it cool, went back its still the same room temperature, was sweating while sleeping called, them to have ac check. It took 1-2 hours for them to decide to change my room, mind you this was already 11pm plus. Was tired sleepy, for a room that is way above the regular price. This is un excusable, was happy i only check in 2 night there….

Overall its a beautiful place, just had to say about some small detail- the floor in the shower area and bath tub needs more scrubbing the hallway carpet also had a bad smell. Which i did not expect that from a luxury hotel- But otherwise Staff was great and bfast buffet was good too
