Aerothermal heating included. Adjoining covered area with ping-pong table, children's bikes, shuffleboard, darts, etc. Shaded terrace and private unfenced garden of approximately 800 m² on a property shared with another 4.5-hectare gîte with a 1300 m² pond. Boating and no-kill fishing are available. Massage service upon reservation. Farmyard animals and cattle. Hiking trails starting from the cottage. Charming, comfortable cottage ideally located, close to shops and in a very quiet environment surrounded by the magnificent pear and apple trees of the Domfront region!
