Fully Renovated Historic Resort Lodge between Hudson River and the Catskills, two hours north of NYC. Formerly Hotchkiss House Resort and Hotel, built in 1900, and situated on 9.6 acres. Unit available is approx. 600 sq ft. This is not your grandmother's farmhouse. Renovated newer foundation and steel beams through the length, many more improvements. Less than 18 miles from Hudson Amtrak Station, and nestled at the crossroads of the Hudson River Valley and the Catskill Mountains. Thermal windows reduce drafts and keep you cozy and warm.

Large room with sleeper sofa, cable tv, wifi, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and hot water pitcher with cups. Not a full kitchen, but one is available with extra room rental options.
