✔ Main House: Sleeps 14 guests comfortably with 11 beds and 1 toddler cot.
✔ Detached Bunkhouse: Sleeps 6 additional guests with 6 twin beds ($100/night add-on fee).
✔ Important: The bunkhouse does not have running water or a bathroom. Guests must use the main house.

Basic things were not there.
First, the communication with this property owner was terrible. I have rented many places over the years and I have never experience such awful communication issues as this property.The owner never contacted us to give us the exact address or key code. The day before we were to arrive I started messaging the owner. It took FOUR messages and TWO actual phone calls to receive the exact address and key code to the house. We had family driving in from out of state and I did not know if we would be able to stay there because I could not get the key code to the house. I have never experienced anything like that in my many times I have gotten a rental.There were basic things that were not there.There was NO HAND TOWEL ( or even a hand towel holder) in the main downstairs bathroom. Isn't every bathroom supposed to have something to dry your hands after you wash them? There were NO HOT PADS. I only realized this when needing to take something out of the oven. For such a big, nice, house it felt really weird to have to find something random to take hot things out of the oven.There was NO CAN OPENER. I think this is a basic kitchen staple. I had to run to dollar tree to get one. I left it in the house for the next person. But, really, this is not my responsibility.In addition, the mattresses seemed a bit cheap and old.I don't know. We certainly won't be staying here again.

Our family had the best time staying here! Everything we needed was on hand and there was plenty of room for everyone. We rented the bunkhouse and it was nice and clean. We will definitely be keeping this home in mind for our next family getaway. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house during our professional development retreat. The location was ideal, offering gorgeous scenery and a peaceful environment. The house was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for our group to work and relax. The hosts were outstanding, always prompt and responsive to our needs. Great place!
We rented this property for our HS girls basketball team so we could attend the ORU Team Camp. We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious for 15 girls and 2 coaches! The property owners were super friendly and responded to any questions we had! We would definitely stay again in the future!!!

Family Wedding stay
Such a nice place to hang out at over a couple of nights. The only thing we had an issue with was the fact there were NO dish towels/cloths and not wash rags in the bathrooms either. Finally went and bought our own. Washer didn't work for a bit and maintenance was sent promptly to fix it. Would stay again :)

Relaxing and fun weekend!
The house is large with lots of space that met our needs. We loved walking on the trail on the property. A couple of the women weren’t able to go on the trail because there is a gravel incline but that was okay they just walked in the neighborhood and loved it. The den was great with Ms. Pac-Man, Foosball and a pool table. We used the TV to watch the last OU/OSU bedlam and game and YouTube worship videos in our worship time. The table was great and we just added a table to the end so we could all sit and together cause we had 14. We loved the swing in the backyard and sitting out on the patio. The fire-pit was great with a view of the stars. We really enjoyed our time together!

Absolutely Fantastic
The home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is lovely and although the weather was quite hot we got out in the evening to play in the back. I would be hard pressed to find anything negative about this vacation home or its owners. Everything was absolutely fantastic.

Great for a small retreat group
We had a small group of colleagues and friends who gathered for an annual retreat and this house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space to gather for conversation both in and outdoors. A large kitchen and enough bathrooms and sleeping spaces that we were not on top of each other. An absolute delight of a home.

Great space for a large group!
This was a great space for our group. We really enjoyed the lovely outdoor space where kids can run around and even explore the creek behind the house. The house itself was well maintained and very clean. We made several meals in the kitchen and loved that we could eat inside or outside. The kitchen was not stocked with any kid friendly plates and cups (all were ceramic or glass) so I would recommend taking some if traveling with kids. There also weren’t any dish towels or wash cloths in the house which we thought was a little odd. Other than that, it was a perfect space for our group!

Communication is key
Communication is key and fixes issues always. This place was perfect for our event. Located easily to anything you may need within minutes. Large, comfortable. I’ve never been to Oklahoma before, but if I do I hope this property is available again. Was a hit for our sons birthday wedding week, his buddies and our grandson. Something to do for everyone. The host was prompt with any issue/question. We resolved what could have been a large issue ruining our rehearsal dinner event for 40 people within minutes easily and I was very grateful for that considering what was a stressful week leading up to our stay it was. Wonderful Home I would recommend it to anyone, small or Large group.

Perfect for a family!
We loved this rental! We’ve rented every summer for our large family and everyone kept saying this was their favorite house so far! This rental had plenty of beds and multiple areas for everyone to hang out. We also thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and the location of the property! Would definitely rent this home again!
