As you are located in the Heart of Cathlamet you can walk everywhere, or at least to The Cottage, Elochoman, Marina, River Mile 38 Brew Pub, Downtown Cathlamet and all points in between. This upstairs apartment sits up high allowing good views of the surrounding area. The apartment has a full kitchen ready to make a snack or a full-on dinner. The kitchen is equipped with drip coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, air fryer, insta pot, toaster oven, and all utensils. There are also a variety of spices and some condiments that can be used. The two bedrooms are spacious with queen beds, ceiling fans and a closet. The apartment offers all the necessary amenities like WiFi, smart TV, heating, AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer (this is located downstairs, see pics), iron and ironing board. The full bathroom comes fully stocked with towels and wash clothes. It is equipped with a hair dryer as well. There is a small yard that includes a gas BBQ and picnic table. Both are available for use. The apartment is steps from the Elochoman Marina and boat ramp, so access to launch your boat or kayak is literally at your back door. Great location & clean place
Fit our needs very well. Clean place with updated fixtures and furnishings. As long as stairs aren't a problem and you don't require a large lawn, this is an excellent option. Definitely plan to stay here again!

The apartment is clean, modern, and has a nice, fully equipped kitchen. It is upstairs, so that may be limiting for some but offers a pretty nice view of the Columbia River from there (there are powerlines in the way, but I could still watch a beautiful sunset over the river). When we stayed the cost was comparable to the yurts available at the marina...but I'm confident that the apartment was much more comfortable.

Home away from home
This is a beautifully updated and comfortable property. I was looking for a comfortable, clean and relaxing space for a working vaca…this property delivered! And the town and location on the Columbia River is delightful. A variety of restaurants snd shops, great walkability and river views. I would absolutely stay here again.
