The Space:
Welcome to the inviting home in the scenic Cataumet! This charming property, accommodating up to 8 people, promises a delightful retreat with a host of thoughtful amenities. The living room serves as a cozy haven with a comfortable couch, two chairs, and an oversized chair, creating the perfect space for relaxation and socializing. The room is enhanced by the warmth of a fireplace, offering a charming ambiance.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Smart TV located in the living room, providing access to a variety of shows on your streaming channels for enjoyment. Whether you're unwinding on the plush furniture or gathered around the fireplace, the living room is designed for comfort and leisure.

Sleeping arrangements are equally inviting, with a full-size bed on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor—both with a queen bed and a twin bed. All three bedrooms are equipped with window air conditioner units, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The living room features a through-the-wall air conditioner for additional cooling comfort.

The property boasts two full bathrooms, offering convenience for all guests. The first-floor bathroom includes a 3/4 shower, toilet, and sink, while the second-floor bathroom features a full shower/tub, two sinks, and a toilet. Wood floors grace the dining room, while the kitchen and second-floor bathroom feature tile, and the upstairs bedrooms have cozy rugs. The first-floor bedroom showcases laminate flooring.

Dining is a joy with a table that comfortably seats up to 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a K cup coffee maker, adds a touch of convenience to your stay. Additional features include a washer/dryer in the basement and access to the kitchen through a set of 12 stairs. Stone stairs on either side of the driveway, each with 10 steps, lead to decks providing access to the front and back sliders of the house.

Parking is a breeze with ample space in front of the garage and along the driveway, accommodating 6+ cars. The parking area extends over the grass to the back of the property near the playground. All guests must sign a pool waiver within 48 hours of booking.
All guest must agree to be off exterior spaces (pool) by dark or 9PM, whichever is sooner.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
