Lobby decor was updated and nice. We stayed on first floor, carpet in the hallway was very dirty, surfaces in the room and bathroom dirty needed a thorough cleaning. There were ants on the floor.

The hotel is very nice but older. The one big complaint is AC is controlled by front desk and set way too high. It was very hot in our room. The girl adjusted it down as low as she could but our night was very uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing. Valentina is incredibly talented and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have some dining offered indoors in an air conditioned space. Had two meals and both were only served outdoors.
