What a little gem this place is! We felt very welcomed and very comfortable.
The neighborhood around the B&B is kinda dirty, and the entryway/walkup area also felt a bit run down. However, the actual room area was all totally refurbished and very well put together.
It is three rooms in an apartment, with a common kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom and balcony. The balcony is magical, with comfortable seating and a gorgeous view of Mt Etna.
We really liked how the B&B offered samplings of local products and craftsmanship, available to purchase.
The location is actually pretty good, 10 minutes walking to the areas you want to see, but out of the hustle of the tourist areas. If you can get past the grime of the neighborhood, the location is helpful. Also quick paths to get out of town and we always found free street parking within 1/2 a block of the front door.
I would stay here again on a trip to Catania.
