A bedda casa - Your apartment in central Catania

"A bedda casa" is a house built in the early 1900s recently renovated by my wife, Architect, in full respect of the preservation of the architectural features of the property without neglecting the attention towards contemporary living standards. The apartment is equipped with a home automation system and every comfort that will make your stay even more pleasant for guests. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating system with the possibility of regulating indoor comfort.
A bedda casa is a large apartment near the historic center, consisting of three rooms with double bed, each of them equipped with large wardrobes and drawers. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with spa bath and shower. Inside the apartment there is also another bathroom, shared by the other two double bedrooms. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, personalized heating, free Wi-Fi, TV and balconies with city views. It is ideal for a group of friends, but also for a couple or a single guest, who wants to enjoy a stay without depriving themselves of any comfort.
We will be happy to book private transfers to and from the airport for our guests.
Guests will have the opportunity to use the kitchen, equipped with every appliance for the preparation of breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
A comfortable laundry room, with washer and dryer, will allow guests to stay for long periods.
Upon your arrival you will find towels and sheets and all the comforts of the apartment. Guests can enjoy all the services of the apartment:
- a kitchen equipped with everything that can be used to prepare meals and breakfasts; you will find an espresso coffee machine with pods, traditional coffee maker, a large and comfortable gas cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, a large refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery and in general everything you need to cook and serve at the table;
- a living area with satellite TV and a table for lunch or dinner;
- a laundry room with washer dryer and other household products;
- a room with a place for laptops, printer, fax and everything that can be useful for planning your excursions.
Less than 15 minutes walk from "A bedda casa" you will find:
- Sant'Agata Cathedral and city center
- The large squares of the markets of traditional products and seafood of Catania, as well as dozens of restaurants with typical and authentic Sicilian cuisine
- The enchanting Art Nouveau buildings between Piazza Cavour and Corso Italia
- Modern supermarket, as well as grocery stores, bakery and fish and seafood shop just around the corner in Piazza Cavour
- Shopping for clothing, fashion and other lifestyles in Via Etnea and Corso Italia
- The "Borgo" and "Giuffrida" metro stops connect the apartment to the main railway and bus stations and the city center
- The Circumetnea train to reach the enchanting villages such as Bronte, Randazzo.
