Upstairs is a sumptuous and grand formal living area with extensive views.

There are 3 bathrooms and 2 spas. An in house theatre with surround sound and secure parking for 4 vehicles under cover and 10 on the property.

A total of seven themed bedrooms provide sleeping for 15.

$1500.00 Security Bond Required For All Bookings.

Great house
Property is lovely, light filled and plenty of room Lots of cob webs on the windows, they should be better maintained, we had to buy rubbish bags and dishwasher tabs which was a bit ordinary, there is also no sound sysywhich would have been great to have. Overall though fabulous house and we had a great time

Very spacious and great location, close to everything you need to see in Batemans Bay
The house caters perfectly for a large group that are looking for a perfect getaway and has so much to offer. Close to shops, cafes, beaches, zoo and outdoor adventures. Plenty of car spaces on the property and very spacious.

Family Getaway
Larger than anticipated, spacious and quite lush. There was enough space for the entire family to spend time together, in groups or even solo. Revolving pantry with the basics was great. Literally 5 mins away from the shops, located in a beautiful neighbourhood. Would stay again & recommend/10.
