We are pleased to offer a pet friendly environment and ask that guests respect the following restrictions!
Travelers must inform the host if travelling with pets upon booking. A fee applies per pet maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Sorry no puppies allowed, only potty trained pets to avoid damaging the concrete floors. Thank You!

There is plenty of space for up to 6 guests with 2 deluxe King beds, a comfortable custom made Queen sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, open concept fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room and dining area.

Excellent accommodation for our stay in Nelson, very pleased to have chosen this lovely space. High ceilings, tons of natural light from the skylights as well as beautiful front facing windows on Baker Street. Chad was an excellent communicator, facilitated an easy to check-in and check-out and always responded right away to any questions. Would highly recommend this spacious, airy flat.

The unit was very clean and well appointed. Great location right downtown. As stated in the description you will hear some of the music from the restaurant downstairs. Leah was very clear on the check in process and helpful in returning a left item. Would definitely recommend.

Very accommodating & Great Location
This place is located in a central part of downtown, very accessible walking to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, co-op grocery and shopping. Close driving to Whitewater, lakefront park, etc. King beds. Comfortable furniture. Cozy fireplace. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Washer/Dryer. The restaurant directly below the flat plays music that can be heard until about 11pm on week days and midnight on weekend - I turned on white noise on my phone and it wasn't an issue. Door had key code that was extremely convenient. Worked well for us and our dog - there were a few grassy strips within a block or two that worked well for potty breaks. Lakefront walking path and nearby cross country ski were great activities with the dog. Grateful for parking space as day-time street parking is a hassle. The parking space is a slight 'haul' - but appreciative for it. Overall would def re-book!

We had a fantastic stay at the is property. The location in Nelson really can’t be beat. Air conditioning was a huge plus during peak summer heat, beds were very comfortable and nothing had been overlooked here. I highly recommend this place if you like unique spaces with a high end feel. Leah was very responsive and helpful as well - although we really didn’t have any issues, I’m confident she would have done everything to make our stay perfect if needed. If you’re staying in Nelson, there isn’t a better spot. Thank you to the owner Brian and Property Manager Leah for a great experience. **For guests with mobility challenges, be aware that there are many stairs in/out of the property as well as the parking. We appreciated the extra exercise but we also know it’s not as easy for everyone to navigate.
