Great service!
I felt compelled to leave a review because we had a great experience here. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, that's mostly what I gauge experiences on. However, the staff was incredibly helpful, the pool and spa were great (and heated!), there was a fun little arcade room, and an on site restaurant. The rooms are quaint and quiet. Yes, the layout was different from other hotels, it's literally a convention center type hotel. Yes, it's being updated and there is construction going on around the area. But all of that aside, I would definitely bring my family here again when in casper! It felt safe, there are lots of cameras and lights in the parking lots. The entrances require key card access so there's no riffraff. Breakfast was good! Cheese omelets (with actual eggs, not powdered!), different style breakfast potatoes: fried or baked. Then your typical bakery goods (toast, bagels, muffins, etc.) Overall a great stay and good experience.

Good hotel, lousy TV services!
Enjoyed the stay. Didn't like TV service, didn't have normal ABC, NBC, CBS channels. Wanted to watch Monday and Sunday night football but couldn't without streaming service. Only had Roku channels and couldn't access games there! Big disappointment!
