First room they put us in the room the ac smelled like bad mold. Was having a hard time breathing. She put us in a different room. Was better but still could smell it a bit. We chose that hotel cause they had a restaurant in it and it was closed. The front desk lady was amazing but wouldn’t stay there again

My key would not work on exterior doors, very inconvenient. Rented for 5 nights, no fresh towels one day. Checked out 1 day early. Clerk did not check me out so paperwork did not give me a way to request refund. Emailed a request, promised to try and correct this, but two weeks later no communication from hotel. There are many other places to stay in Casper avoid this hotel.

Glad I had a place to stay last minute but place was unclean. Shower drain didnt drain well. Found a black piece of plastic in my sheets (that didnt belong to me). Grounds were not very good either.

Wouldn’t recommend for the price.
We paid approx. $210 Canadian - way too much what we got. So many issues: - the first room we got smelled awful (like mold/musk). There was a car air freshener in the AC vent so clearly the hotel is aware and has a make shift solution. We were moved to a second room, as the only other alternative available. The toilet didn’t work in this room, there was no hot water. We had to go back and forth between the two rooms which were at opposite ends of the building. The towels were stained, furniture was stained and old, carpet disgusting.. stained beyond reasonable, both sinks dirty, and the shower head too low for even me to use comfortably (I’m 5’4”) . Walking through the hallways we saw cockroaches. The pillows were also way too soft for anyone to use as a single pillow. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. It’s obvious they’re doing their best with what they have available. The owner needs to do something to clean and upgrade the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean even with redoing the motel,great place to stay. Booking on line was cheaper. Nice rooms but need updated some. But it takes time when redoing a motel.

Nice clean hotel, staff was great, most exterior door locks/card readers didnt work, had to walk around from front. Uses to hwve a nice riverwalk, now its overgrown with weeds and all the grass at the hotel is dead. Hotel was clean, super friendly staff they were great
