Happy Staff, Great Breakfast

Had to stay in Casper as the highway was closed. Very affordable rate and super friendly staff at check-in and breakfast. Breakfast was great, 2 kinds of waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, hot chocolate and juices, and pastries. One of the best I have had at a 3 star hotel in a long time.

almost perfect

Things I liked: * great breakfast. Bacon, eggs, and pretty good green chili. I think they rotate the menu daily. Lots of bread, pastry, waffle, cereal, etc options * better than average coffee * Room is on the small side but well organized * Room is clean and everything in good condition. Nothing is threadbare. All the shampoo etc bottles are full * friendly service by the front desk staff * The bed, pillows, and bedding were fine. Very comfortable * we enjoyed taking a morning walk along the nearby Platte river. Things I didn't like * I have a thing about the heating and AC systems in motels. Often they're noisy, and bang on and off, making sleep difficult. This one was low on noise (which i liked) but the thermostat was fiddly. I'm not sure I ever figured it out. So our night was partly ok but sometimes we were too hot or too cold.

We booked this room after unexpectedly leaving another hotel in the are thay was terrible. Quality Inn has always been a good hotel for us. We were so happy to have a clean room, and comfortable beds. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel

Great staff

Stayed for 2 nights. Very comfortable room. The breakfast is above average. What makes this hotel stand out above many that I stay in is the friendly staff. From check-in on through, the staff was engaging and offered helpful information. For those wanting convenience, there is a convenience/gas station very nearby, and a McDonalds and a restaurant (we did not have opportunity to try ) share the general parking area. Easy access to I-25. I recommend.
