The hotel is conveniently located, and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel could use a refresher—the carpet is fraying in places, and the shower is older. The breakfast was a nice surprise!

Some remodel had been done but I was put in the part of motel that little effort was made. Carpet had large stains and was dirty. Room smelled of urine. Heater vents were filthy with black dust balls hanging from them. Very loud clanking noise whenever heat came on or off. Small ants on bathroom floor. Toilet paper holder was broken from wall and toilet paper was placed on counter. Hand towel holder fell down when taking a hand towel off. Top part of bed sheets was crunchy like something starched and tightly folded would feel. Other beds blanket was dirty. The whole room needed a good cleaning. Staff at front desk was rude when given the list of room issues. They would not give me a check out receipt because I had used a booking site to reserve room.

I'm sure under other circumstances this property wouldn't be too bad but there is a lot of construction going on right now which makes it difficult to access the property by car or on foot.

We got back to our room at 10 PM and tried to use the television and it didn’t work and the facility was unable to make it work and there was no offer to make it right.

The TV did not work in our room. Maintenance came and looked at it only to tell us that there was nothing he could do. The bathroom floor had sugar ants and the guest laundry washing machine broke mid use where Dave the same maintenance man who looked at the TV let me know yet again that there was nothing he could do. Due to the type of room we booked (bunk bed suite) there was no option to change rooms. The front desk didn’t do anything but apologize for the inconvenience.

The staff was great. Rooms need renovating. My sink was broken, stains on the lampshade, but other than that the stay was decent. The free breakfast was very good as well.

The price was great. The staff was really friendly and they even got us a joining room, which most hotels won’t do. The area around the hotel in under construction but that will over soon. It’s quite and very well kept up, but you can definitely tell it’s a little older of a building

Breakfast is way better then expected
It was pretty good. The room was nice however we went to the onsite restaurant the night we were there. They were rude and left us waiting way longer than should have. They did not appear busy. With that said the next day for breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast included that I have EVER had.

It was not at all like the photos. My king suite was 2 former adjoining rooms with the in-between doors removed. The windows were filthy. I did not have a filter basket for the coffee pot. The rooms were sparsely furnished, and only one tv remote was operational. It was not worth the $190.
