Auf Anonymous Kommentare zu beantworten ist für uns sehr schwierig. Wir wissen nicht was Sie gebucht haben, welche Zusatzleistungen etc. deshalb können wir Ihnen auch keine Antwort zukommen lassen. Wieso eigentlich Anonymous kritisieren?
