We rent our spacious apartment in a prime location right on the beach. The apartment offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from 3 terraces and a lot of space with a total living area of ​​over 280sqm. The large living room with separate dining area is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the huge covered main terrace (80sqm) with generous lounge furniture, large dining table and a hammock. Listen to the sea and enjoy the breathtaking view across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and Africa. On the entrance level are the large kitchen and a guest toilet. Every Sunday, you will find one of the largest weekly and flea markets in the region. The nearby marina Marina de la Duquesa is very intimate and invites you to linger. In addition to numerous bars and restaurants, you will find a hairdresser, gym, dry cleaners, Internet cafes and a business center.

Things to know about Estepona: This old Spanish "hamlet", now grown into a town between Marbella and Gibraltar, is one of the few places on the coast that has been able to maintain its character despite the rise in tourism.
