We rent our spacious apartment in a prime location right on the beach. The apartment offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from 3 terraces and a lot of space with a total living area of over 280sqm. The large living room with separate dining area is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the huge covered main terrace (80sqm) with generous lounge furniture, large dining table and a hammock. Listen to the sea and enjoy the breathtaking view across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and Africa. On the entrance level are the large kitchen and a guest toilet. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the spacious master bedroom with en-suite full bath and the remaining 2 bedrooms are located. These share a shower room in the hallway. In front of the sea-side bedrooms is a second terrace with a second dining table. At the top is the roof terrace with over 50m². Unforgettable living experience!

Things to know about San Luis de Sabinillas :: San Luis de Sabinillas is a typical Spanish village located on the Mediterranean coast. The village has retained its original Spanish character. Here you will find many quaint bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, various business premises, pharmacy, banks, post office u. v. m. Every Sunday, you will find one of the largest weekly and flea markets in the region. The nearby marina Marina de la Duquesa is very intimate and invites you to linger. In addition to numerous bars and restaurants, you will find a hairdresser, gym, dry cleaners, Internet cafes and a business center.
Things to know about Estepona: This old Spanish "hamlet", now grown into a town between Marbella and Gibraltar, is one of the few places on the coast that has been able to maintain its character despite the rise in tourism. In the center you will find the Plaza Las Flores, a charming meeting point. In its surroundings you will find many shopping and strolling opportunities in the pedestrian zone or the quaint old town. Worth mentioning is also the Bullring of Estepona, it was designed according to the plans of Salvador Dalí and has a corresponding charisma. There are a variety of restaurants, from small typical tapas bars to upscale eateries. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the markets in Estepona. Stroll along the beautifully landscaped promenade with many plants to the fishing and marina.
