Nice house in de countryside
Very nice renovated house in the countryside, about 3,5km from the village of Casaprota. It is clean an beautiful, with great views to the valley, the surrounding hills and olive groves. The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. The pool is not deep but refreshing: it only needs refilling sometimes even if you have moved the water a bit by swimming. We did that because they threat to have send a technician for 100eur if the pump stops. They charge 1,4eur per kWh for the electricity which is insane high. We ended up paying almost 100 eur for a week.

Es wäre mehr möglich...
Ein wunderschönes Häuchsen abseits des Dorfes (Mit Schwimmbad, Tennisplatz und Fitnesscenter) in Olivenhängen und umgeben von wenigen anderen kleinen Häusern oder Villen. Grosser und terasierter Garten umgeben von schönen Sträuchern und Bäumen, Rasen etwas trocken und bräunlich (bei diesem tollen Wetter verständlich), schöne Terasse und Grill/Feuerstelle, kleiner aber gemütlicher Pool, tolle Outdoordusche. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, zweckmässige Küche, schöne Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Insgesammt mit Feingefühl sarniert. Stefania (Schlüsselübergabe, Putzfrau) und Adolfo (Poolboy, Gärtner) sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Leider könnte man viel mehr aus diesem tollen Feriendomizil herausholen. Gartenmöbel sind billig, alt, unbequem, verschmutzt und unpassend. Pool ist nach spätestens 1 Woche grün und da die Besitzer keinen Putzroboter zur Verfügung stellen, wird der Pool erst am Tag der Abreise geleert und gereinigt. Schade! Die Lust aufs Baden in den 14 Tagen Aufenthalt vergeht einem so mit der Zeit. Nachbarn in Sicht- und Höhrweite. Küchenutensilien sind mangelware! Keine Weingläser, unbrauchbares Besteck, 1 x Abtrocknungstuch (keine Spühlmaschine), wenig und alte Bratpfannen, dafür aber 20 Tassen und Trinkgläser von denen man auch nur wenige benutzen will. Matratzen sind leider sehr unbequem. Anfragen jeglicher Art (per Mail) blieben von den Besitzern unbeantwortet. Der Kontakt mit Stefania resp. die Organisation vor Ort funktioniert aber bestens. Alles in Allem würden wir das Haus weiterempfehlen, es lohnt sich jedoch gut ausgerüstet (Outdootlounge, Küchenutensielen etc.) ins Casa Giulia anzureisen. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Besitzer, vorallem was die Poolreinigung und die Ausstatung anbelangt, etwas unternehmen.
