Besides excellent customer service, the hotel is well situated near Hassan Mosque, Central Marche and convenient located. One small negative point was the gym. I suggested to the staff to place a hand sanitizer when using the equipment in order to reduce infections.

If you're looking for that Moroccan warmth which Morocco is known for its not there GO SOME PLACE ELSE. I have going back and forth to Morocco for many many years. The support staff who actually make things happen were warm and receptive. The people on the front desk for both the day and night shifts were very aloof and detached. If they were trying to represent the"DIAMOND" experience, it feel flat and elitist. The Hotel obviously caters to Europeons and those that want to emulate them and appreciate such an unemotional heartless experience upon arrival to such an establishment.

The hotel was in good location and nice decoration. Other than that I wouldn’t say it is 5 star hotel. I would say 3. There are limitation to things. Food is ok. No spa or swimming pool so I don’t know how is this 5 stars hotel. Staff seemed to no know the area well. They nearly charged me for water and green tea but I had to fight them for that. It’s not major but for a 5 star hotel you would think water is and tea is free.
