Very disappointing overall experience
Very unpleasant check-in. We arrived early and understood that check-in was not until 3 PM. They asked us to wait in the lobby because usually they could make a room ready early. They did not keep us updated. We waited over three Hours. At 3 PM they still did not have a room for us. we finally did get a Room after being extremely assertive and insisting on seeing the manager. The manager was not apologetic, however, he did find a room almost immediately When it was clear that we were not going to except any excuses. No offer of assistance with luggage or orientation to hotel services was offered. Food in the restaurant was mediocre at best although the service was pleasant. I had a different room the second night because we were joining a tour group and had no hot water in the shower that night. My overall impression was that the poor Service was a matter of incompetence rather than deliberate neglect.

Good location, only 15 walk to medina and public market. Grocery store across the street. Restaurant on topmost floor has an outstanding view. Our tour on Gate1 ended in Casablanca and we stayed an extra night here.

I would not recommend this hotel. Its smell humidity, the area is dirty and feel unsafe and the description suggest there is a rooftop with a pool but it is closed.

Great hotel in the city center. The property is on a major busy street, so cars are very loud throughout the night. Also although impeccably clean, the bathrooms smelled of smoke.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu in Casablanca was exceptional, and it was largely due to the warm and welcoming staff who made everything so easy and comfortable for us. A special shoutout to Hassan, the night receptionist, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His friendliness and patience, especially with the communicating with others, were truly appreciated. He ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and his helpfulness made a real difference in our experience. The rest of the staff were equally attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, but it was really the team that made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend the Radisson Blu in Casablanca to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and a big thank you again to Hassan for his outstanding service!
