Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Anass was at the front desk, and Wissal, the waitress, provided excellent service. Their warm smiles were very welcoming.

Hotel cosmetically is very nice. When we got to our room the bathroom smelt like someone had just been in it. We were put in a room directly adjacent to the courtyard which wasn’t an issue until there was some sort of party/gathering till midnight. Loud music and lots of noise right outside our window. When I called the front desk to ask about the noise/music and to see if it could be turned down as we had a 4am ride to the airport, I was told there was nothing they could do and the phone was hung up.
