Clean, great place
Not close to I-75. About 1/2 an hour away. Other than that, this was clean, friendly, had a nice hot breakfast from 6-9. The beds, linens, towels, all new. Lots of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was disconcerting that the outside side door didn’t lock. That was a huge safety concern. This was a good value for the price.

Of the places I've stayed when visiting family and friends in the area, im going to say hands down that this has been and will now continue to be my favorite stay in Rome. The rooms are accommodating and comfortable. The staff are very courteous, it's a secluded and peaceful atmosphere. The building and all aspects of a hotel are well managed here. A no-nonsense scene and a cozy stay.

a nice hotel but needs to invest in new beds
Pros: looks like recent remodel, lobby was clean and modern. We got a room on the first floor. The room had new laminate flooring, dressers, shower looked like it had new acrylic walls. the area is quiet and safe. breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, coffee, etc. Cons: Although the bed had new comforter the bed itself sank in the middle. I had to sleep near the edge of the bed all night.

The staff were friendly. However the rooms are not cleaned properly especially the bathrooms. The towels and linens are always old with dirty stains and markings. The microwave had old food that was obviously left inside it from the previous guests. The drawers and dressers were dusty and the bed was uneven and springy. They need to invest in effective housekeepers as it appears as it’s the owners doing the housekeeping. It has the ability to be a good budget stay but cleanliness is very important!

Hotel is in need of repairs and updating. Stains in the sink and tub of the room make it appear dirty. Breakfast area was very limited.
