Toilet wont stop running.
The toilet kept running, and I took off the tank lid and one of the parts was unattached, I called the desk (it was late) they told me there was no maintenance person there, and if we needed to go, then we could come downstairs, and would leave a note for the morning. Called in the morning for late check out and the toilet, still saud there would be no maintenance person there today either, she did offer to bring a key for another room to use the bathroom there. Door knob in the bathroom was about to fall out.

I had to move rooms because the air conditioner went out and the second room they put us in the toilet was running all night the shampoo had hair on it from a previous guest the bed was uncomfortable.

Lack of efficiency, arrogance of staff. Unprofessional management. Promise one thing to deny when questioned about the bill. Rooms smell of mildew, musty smell. Wet carpet from a/c. Door to room non functional, door was left open while our personal belongings were in the room after lock was taken off.moved rooms 3 times. Was told by young arrogant man we can use paper clips to keep darkening shades closed… promised to have one night for free, still waiting for credit. Charged for checking out early, my stay was from 7/31-8/4. Checked out on the 4th. The lack of professionalism and respect is to say the least, disgusting. When we were thinking of staying until 8/11, we were told that we could stay for the same room rate from the original booking. Once again, that decision was retracted at check out. Charged different rates every day, was told I only had a two day special… We should have never checked in especially with the “welcome” we received. Highly unprofessional. Charged my credit several times. Pool was dirty. Just overall a very nasty experience.

This property is in need of a major renovation; it is more than just typical wear and tear. Unfortunately we experience the folllowing; the bathtub was moldy, the grout extremely dirty & the bathroom mirror was broken. The hallways and room were dark and several lamps in the room worked did not work. The carpet was stained and the paint was scuffed and in need of a major paint job. We were given a room in the basement level that had air humidifiers and loud fans circulating in the hallway. The gym downstairs had no working AC. The ice machine also broken was unfortunate; we were thankfully able to get ice from the front desk, but that’s tough just getting small amounts of ice when staying for local sports. Also, internet service was nonexistent, so I was unable to work from my room or the lobby. I would not recommend staying here until major renovations happen. It is super walkable to many restaurants and Kennesaw State so from a convenience level that was nice, but I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The ice machine wasn’t working so we had to go to the front desk whenever we needed ice. The floor in our room had not been vacuumed. The room itself was semi-clean. The mattress on the pull out sofa was filthy. We will not stay there again.
