This charming house, located in the Urbanisation of Nuevo Portil, Huelva, welcomes 4+1 guests.
The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the climate of the south, where you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 22m x 10m and a depth between 1m and 1.80m. Please note that as it is urbanization and has direct neighbors, privacy is partial.
Upon entering the house, you'll find a porch where you can enjoy a drink with your companions. The interior is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for one guest, and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, equipped with all necessary utensils for convenient cooking. A toilet is also located on this floor. The two bedrooms are on the first floor; one features a double bed, while the other has two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
The urbanization is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Huelva, but El Portil itself offers all the essential amenities for your stay. For a beach outing, we recommend Portil Beach. If you prefer natural landscapes, the Doñana Natural Park is an ecological haven with a rich variety of flora and fauna. Nature enthusiasts can explore its marshes, dunes, and forests.
Distances: The nearest beach, Playa del Portil, is 2.9 km away. Sevilla Airport is 122 km from the urbanization, and the Golf Nuevo Portil course is just 1.1 km away. The town of Nuevo Portil is 0.8 km from the property. Huelva's train station is 19.8 km away, and the nearest bus stop is 1.6 km from the urbanization.
