Rente dos partamentos por la Boda de mi hija y la experiencia fue terrible los apartamentos infestados de cucarachas la nevera, la lavadora no funcionada, los closets los banos viejos cayendo a pedazos llenos de moho. Desfile de proxenetas ingresando prostitutas al edificio sin el problemas por parte de la “seguridad”, yo pedi acceso para que mis sobrinos se cambiaran de ropa para la fiesta y me exigieron muchos requisitos para mi fue muy grotezco tener que ver esto en mis narices. EXPEDIA debe de revizar que ofrece en su plataforma en el area del LAGUITO. Por mi parte la proxima vez buscare en otra plataforma lugares donde poder quedarme. La peor experiencia de mi vida la vivi en EDIFICIO POSEIDON.

Rente 2 apartamentos en este edificio por la boda de mi hija que se realizo en Cartagena, no puedo decir que la comunicacion con los empledos de WYNWOOD HOUSE fue mala entiendo que no esta en sus manos controlar o solucionar cuando no tienen los recursos son solo empleados de una "compania" ambos apartamentos estaban infestados de cucarachas los closets los muebles de la cocina el bano muy deteriorados llenos de moho. la nevera de uno de ellos no funcionaba no pude tener bebidas frias ni comparar nada para cocinar fue terrible debido a las altas temperaturas, la lavadora no funcionaba. al tercer dia me cambiaron de apartamento el cual estaba en las mismas condiciones infestado de cucarachas el lavaplatos tapado. y a saber que mas tendria ya ha ese punto de mi decepcion. Algo muy horroso que vivi en ese edificio fue el desfile de proxentas llevando prostitutas al edificio ingresando facil sin el menor problema por parte del personal de seguridad del edificio lo cual me indigno muchisimo porque yo tenia una boda por celebrar y pedi acceso para que solo se cambiaran de ropa para la fiesta cosa que solo tardaria digamos que una hora y me pieron cantidad de requisitos para darle acceso, y en mis narices vi como andaban por el edificio las "personas" que mensione. hice reserva en ese edificio para mi familia habian menores de edad y me parecio muy grotezco tener que presenciar esto. pienzo que EXPEDIA debe de revizar que ofrece en su plataforma en el area del LAGUITO

El departamento muy acogedor y limpio. La única situación que fue un poco incómoda es que los elevadores se dañaron constantemente y no había ventilación dentro de ellos. Además coincidió que habían llegado muchas personas para un torneo de baseball y estaba lleno todo el edificio y los elevadores colapsaban constantemente

The unit and its furniture is very worn down. We lost our first evening waiting for someone to come and fix the front door lock because it was broken so we could not leave until they came. Unit’s wifi modem was disconnected inside the wall so we lost a day of internet until we convinced them to fix it (took two visits from two handymen and they did not believe us at first that there was no wifi. The area is incredibly noisy. Loud music from clubs just outside the unit. Til very late at night. Only fast food options were nearby. Not really any restaurants beyond small taverns. This is more of a place for guys on bachelor party trips. Not couples seeking a relaxed quiet visit. We tried to move and even offered to pay more. They tried to help us but the company had no good options available in our price point paid, or even higher. There are much better booking options in the area. We overpaid for what we got. Best to pick something else.
