Hotel was good for the price. There was an issue with the shower not draining properly. Unsure if this was due to the plumbing infrastructure. Staff were nice and helpful. Recommend that the staff keep a better record of what's in & replaced in the minibar though. At checkout, after stating I'd only taken 1 bottle of water, the front desk said "maybe you took 2 bottles?". This was very off-putting.

Very nice property for the value. Conveniently located to the beach in a quiet part of Cartagena. Only complaint was the shower in my room wouldn’t get terribly hot…lukewarm at best. Notified, but not corrected during my 4 night stay. Breakfast was decent, but not extraordinary. Staff were extremely polite, courteous, friendly and very helpful. Overall, a very positive experience. Would recommend for a budget-minded traveler looking for a great view, good beach access, quiet neighborhood and easy access to most restaurants, etc.

Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is very nice , great service from staff. It’s really kids friendly, breakfast buffet didn’t have lots of options but it was enough for 3 days. Restaurant food was good. Conveniently located right at the beach front. It’s not luxury but very good.

The hotel location is fantastic, the restaurant was great, you have beach access from the property and plenty of option with walking distance, 15 minutes taxi ride to the city center la muralla.
