Wonderful overall experience. Sound proof rooms are a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean from my room. Beach front property and nice pools with hot tubs was great. Breakfast buffet offered various food options. Special thanks to Meredith from housekeeping and Luis who served us during breakfast.

The hotel is excellent and the service is the best they have. You feel very safe in the hotel facilities. In the bar area, Bladimiro and Jamir were phenomenal explaining the best areas to get to know the city! Every time I travel to Cartagena I choose the same hotel and I will continue using it!

The hotel from the outside look old but the inside everything was perfect. Cartagena is one of my favorite countries to visit it’s safe and everything is super affordable.

Se me entró agua a la habitación en la noche y se nota que las ventanas no están bien selladas. La respuesta que recibí en la recepción del hotel es que esto es un acto del cual ellos no son responsables y por lo tanto no aceptan ninguna responsabilidad. esta respuesta es inaceptable de cara al pasajero que está pagando por un servicio que es caro y por lo tanto debe recibir un servicio acorde al precio que está pagando.se nota también que la infraestructura del hotel fn general necesita de un mantenimiento continuo que mantenga el hotel en condiciones de confort para que los huéspedes disfruten del servicio.

nice hotel, clean, quiet and safe, nice pools, if they would try and not let the vendors get close when you are at the beach that would be perfect in my personal opinion not a 5* maybe 4 and half. food was good, but over priced, we ate for half out in town.
