Very beautiful hotel. You could tell that it was new, truly! Felt like we were the first people who had ever stayed in our room. The architecture and design was truly beautiful, modern yet cultural. Our room was very clean, everything functioned as expected. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was great, AC worked very well, TV as expected too. No complaints at all when it came to our room. Check in was very smooth and the worker walked us through everything in the hotel and came up to the room to help us get settled and understand how to use the safe. Location is very prime to all things en el Centro. We could walk everywhere which was great! Only thing I think they were unprepared for is check out— this process took an unnecessary long time— granted they are a new hotel, this is the only feedback I have. I would definitely stay here again in the future & recommend

Our stay at Cinco Quintas Hotel in Cartagena was amazing! The hotel is a perfect mix of modern comfort and colonial charm, and it’s in a great location—close to the Walled City and other main attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with local dishes and great coffee. The rooftop pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. If you’re visiting Cartagena, I’d definitely recommend Cinco Quintas. It’s stylish, welcoming, and gives you a little slice of luxury in this beautiful city. Can’t wait to go back!

The hotel was exactly as pictured. The rooms are very modern and beautiful. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located is in the exact middle of the walled city and made walking to any restaurant or bar very easy. We would definitely stay here again the future.

Nestled in the historic center of Cartagena, this charming boutique hotel strikes the perfect balance between colonial charm and modern luxury, offering guests a truly authentic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued, displaying the warmth and hospitality Colombia is known for. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for the entire stay. The staff, always courteous and attentive, went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, often anticipating them before I even had to ask. This Property Is The Absolute Best! Very cozy and laid back but still in the heart of it all. The staff goes above and beyond for guest.
