La razón de no otorgarle 5 estrellas es que primero aunque mi reservación fue de ultimo minuto ya que el hotel que había reservado no resultó ser lo que esperaba deberían tener todas las habitaciones limpias y la que nos otorgaron olía mucho a humedad como si por mucho tiempo no se habían cambiado las sábanas así que pedimos sábanas nuevas e hicimos la cama abrimos las ventanas un rato y todo bien a la hora de dormir, la otra cosa es que deberían tener mini refrigeradores para cada habitación ya que con el calor se toma mucho líquido y como no hay con que mantenerlos frío se deben tomar a temperatura ambiente fuera de esto el lugar es muy agradable y el personal muy amable y diligente

This place was great right in the center of the action very guest friendly. The only negative is no refrigerator to keep drinks cold or food but the store is 24 hr less than a block away. Its hard to go outside after 9pm because there are women everywhere as soon as you step out. And bring ear plugs if you are planning on sleeping at night

Located smack dab in the center of the the old city within two minutes from the Clock Tower Plaza, Casa Noa it’s a very convenient and nice place to stay in Cartagena. Restaurants, shopping and transportation are all close by and easily accessed. The interior of the hotel is quiet and serene, which is a contrast to the streets that surround it. Not many amenities at the hotel, but the staff was friendly and helpful, and overall it was a very nice stay.

La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones y muy limpia . En buena ubicación para caminar . Pero si padeces de claustrofobia o no te gusta estar en espacios encerrados este lugar no es para ti. Es muy cerrado .

Excelente ubicación, casi todo está caminando, la habitación muy cómoda y súper limpia. Sólo un par de áreas de oportunidad, expliquen bien el proceso para accesar, me tarde en entrar porque no me dijeron de inicio que tenia que poner la mano en el display de la chapa y posterior el código, la Segunda es que no habían hecho la limpieza de la habitación porque no coloque en la puerta el candado que dice que lo hagan, tampoco me lo indicaron hasta que regrese en la tarde y pregunté porqué no lo habían hecho. Considerar que por las noches es zona de tolerancia, para algunos hombres es totalmente conveniente pero pienso que para familias y parejas no tanto jeje
