This character house has been completely redesigned by an architect on the 'inside-out' theme: large bay windows, very high loft style ceiling for the dining room and open kitchen, old beams in the living room.
800m from Carpentras and able to accommodate 6 people, the villa is on a beautiful shaded plot of 2700m2, in the middle of the pines, with a large secure swimming pool which works for the reception of tenants arriving between Saturday 2 June and Saturday 29 September 2018.

Des vacances reposantes
Nous avons passé 15 jours reposantes dans la villa d Helene. Tout était parfait, la maison est au calme, elle est bien équipée et très bien tenue. Le très grand terrain intégralement clôturé au top pour le plus grand bonheur de nos 3 enfants et de notre chienne qui a bien profité. La table de Ping pong et la piscine, agréable ont permit aux petits et grands de passer un excellent séjour. A refaire et à recommander les yeux fermés. JC est d une réactivité et d un très grand service (Il se rappellera encore du lave vaisselle) et profitons pour une nouvelle fois le remercier. Au plaisir de revenir une prochaine fois.

Nos vacances en famille
Belle propriété et piscine sécurisée et bien exposée.la maison est grande et lumineuse..Quelques ajouts seraient le bienvenu,prévoir des transats pour le nombre de locataires,ajouter des persiennes aux fenêtres douche et salle de bain ,et remettre de la vaisselle :casseroles,assiettes profondes .Mais nous n'hésiterons pas d'y revenir avec plaisir.

10 jours de repos très au calme dans ce bel environnement
A tous, Nous avons passé 10 jours de bonheur dans cette très jolie villa proche du centre de Carpentras. Bien meublée (literie très confortable) et dans un environnement spécialement calme. Grand terrain totalement clôturé (ce qui fit le bonheur de notre petit chien). Beaucoup de vaisselle, beaucoup de linge de maison, etc Il est fort probable que nous y retournions prochainement. Heerlijke vakantie
Wij zijn de eerste 2 weken van juli geweest met 3 bevriende koppels. Het contact alvorens aankomst was al zeer warm en ook bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door een goedlachse Jean Claude, die overigens altijd klaar stond om bij problemen/vragen te helpen. Wij hebben een schitterende vakantie beleefd. Het huisje is rustig gelegen en heeft een grote tuin met een mooi, groot zwembad. Klein minpuntje vonden we het aantal ligstoelen bij het zwembad aangezien er maar 2 echte ligstoelen waren. Er zijn buren maar hier hebben we op geen enkel moment last van gehad omdat er een goede afsluiting is en hebben ze dus eigenlijk nooit gehoord of gezien ondanks ze toch aanwezig waren. De ligging is ook perfect. We konden in principe te voet naar de winkel, te voet naar het centrum van Carpentras en ook om andere mooie dorpjes te bezoeken ligt het ideaal. Vlakbij de Ventoux, uurtje tot de dichtstbijzijnde zee, klein half uur tot Avignon, ... Het terras van het huis is ook super, hier hebben we lange en leuke avonden beleefd. De badkamers zijn niet super groot maar wel in orde. Zelfde voor de slaapkamers die niet super groot zijn maar uiteindelijk ben je hier toch enkel om te slapen. Wij hebben hier een schitterende vakantie beleefd en zeker qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding vinden wij dit een grote aanrader!

Vacances au Coteau
Accueil très chaleureux d'Hélène. La maison est très bien située et au calme. Elle est très fonctionnelle avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. L'extérieur est immense. Nous pouvons prendre les repas à l'ombre des pins ou sur la terrasse selon la chaleur. Pour ceux qui veulent se rafraichir la piscine est idéale avec son emplacement au fond de la propriété.
