We propose to discover a house between the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles with very good benefits, in a beautiful villa. The site is quiet and relaxing, full South orientation. Enjoy the swimming pool equipped with a submerged roller shutter (11m x 5m) of the Pool House and its "Soustet" with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Complete with a BBQ and beautiful garden of olive trees, grassed over 5000 m2. A set of 300 m2 terraces with pergola of 70 m2 will allow you to enjoy your vacation lulled by the sound of cicadas!
Tastefully decorated, the materials used such as wood, iron, stone give a warm side.
On the garden level, a large living room of 42 m2, a kitchen, a living room of 33 m2, an independent WC, 3 bedrooms with 1 bed (140 x 200), bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds (100 x 200). Over 13m2 each, they are all equipped with large closets and direct access on the outside.
The lobby, all in stone Dessers the floor by a wrought iron staircase. 1 room 25 m2 with 1 bed (160x200) awaits you overlooking the pool, bathroom and toilet.
A garage of 70 m2 with remote opening can contain 2 vehicles is available.
The land is fenced and equipped with an automatic gate and an alarm system that guarantees you peace and safety.

Excellent Property
A really large, well equipped vacation house. Very large garden, and a great sized pool. The bedrooms are all comfortable and there is plenty of room.

The perfect family retreat
Gisele is charming, warm, and helpful. This home was perfect for a 3 generation holiday: the youngest person being 18 months old; the oldest 70 years. The location is fantastic, not least for self-catering given the choice of supermarkets nearby (5 minutes in the car), but also for the mountain and the Avignon. We will hopefully be returning. Wish it was next year already.

Magnifique séjour
La maison est plus que conforme aux photos et à la description : l'espace extérieur est important, la piscine est grande ainsi que les chambres. L'hôte est très accueillante, réactive aux messages et c'était un plaisir de la rencontrer. La maison est isolé, sans nuisance extérieur. Nous avions loué la maison pour 10 personnes, c'était parfait Vraiment rien à redire, je ne peux que recommander !

Superbes vacances familiales
Propriété spacieuse tant à l'intérieur qu’à l'extérieur, calme, équipée de tout le confort souhaitable pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Géographiquement très bien située à proximité de nombreux sites à visiter (Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Barroux, Pernes-les-Fontaines, etc, etc...). Accueil très chaleureux et convivial. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances en famille (3 couples, 1 bébé et 2 chiens). A recommander chaudement !

Séjour fantastique !
De la gentillesse à l'accueil, en passant par la disponibilité et la serviabilité en cas de besoin lors du séjour (p. ex. pour enlever un nid commencé par des guêpes) jusqu'à l'efficacité et la simplicité de la procédure au départ, la propriétaire nous a vraiment fait sentir que nous étions les bienvenus. On sent que la maison est habité, il y a beaucoup de touches personnelles et en ce qui nous concerne, cela nous a beaucoup plu. Tout au long de notre séjour, c'était à la grande piscine et au "pool-house" (complet avec cuisine équipée, salle de bain et coin coin TV) que nous passions l'essentiel de notre temps. A refaire très certainement !

Très bien pour une famille de taille moyenne.( chacun pour y trouver son avre de paix).
L accueil par la maitresse des lieux était très chaleureux. Elle nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de chaque chose. Deux corbeilles de fraises de la région nous attendaient. L endroit est très confortable et calme. La villa est très bien équipée et assez grande pour s'y sentir à l'aise. La qualité du bien et son équipement incite au respect des choses mises à disposition. Le parc très arboré incite à la détente et apporte de la fraicheur . Les commerces ne sont pas loin et on y trouve de tout. J espère y retourner un jour avec toute ma famille.

Maison spacieuse, douillette et confortable pour passer Noël en famille
Nous avons passé une semaine de Noël très agréable dans le mas de la Huppe où un sapin de Noël décoré nous attendait. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous a offert de l'huile d'olive et de la confiture de fraises faits maison. La maison est très bien équipée, aussi bien en ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, épices, produits de base, jeux, livres etc, etc. C'est dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu tester la belle piscine et profiter plus du jardin. Autour de Carpentras il y a plein de choses à visiter et à faire; cela nous a donné envie de revenir. (Seul bémol: Il faut une voiture pour faire les courses ou se balader)
