Heading downstairs to the ground floor, you'll discover the entertainment hub. The open plan kitchen and dining room provide a welcoming atmosphere for shared meals. French doors lead to a private garden, extending the living space and offering an inviting spot for al fresco dining. The adjacent snug, overlooking the dining area, is perfect for younger guests, complete with its own Smart TV and comfortable seating.
The country cottage kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with modern appliances and overlooking the garden. The utility room offers practical amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and additional storage space.
On the first floor, unwind in the stylish family bathroom, where views of Llansteffan beach can be enjoyed whilst indulging in a bath. The first bedroom, a perfectly formed twin room with beach views, is also located on this floor.
Ascend to the second floor, where three further bedrooms await. The master bedroom boasts dual-aspect views, abundant natural light, and elegant features such as exposed beams and a fireplace. The bunk bedroom, perfect for younger guests, offers a cosy retreat, while the final double bedroom features high ceilings, exposed beams, and a large wardrobe.

Guests have access to the whole property. Guests will park on the drive which is to the right of the property or park directly outside on the road. Guests will access via the main front door which is a blue.
Parking-
There is a space for one car on the drive. Free parking on the road outside the property.
Check-in/ Check out-
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
Albion House is managed by Pass the Keys. They provide 24/7 guest support as well as local personal service before and during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea/ coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding is provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Other items include a washing up sponge, one toilet roll per bathroom and kitchen roll (These are complimentary so do not expect these to be in excess as they are only to start your holiday off as the accommodation is self-catering).

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
