The nearest town is the oldest town in Wales, Carmarthen with its plentiful cinema, shops and restaurants.

On your right hand side is the large open plan kitchen where you can cook up a feast before enjoying at the large farmhouse style table with all your family, catching up on the events of the day. There is a large living area with comfy sofas and a warming wood burner for cosy nights in. The main living room is also located on the ground floor with french doors to the large garden, and a Smart TV for nights in watching a movie.

Just off the kitchen is the utility room, where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located, with access into the garage which has a games area with pool table, table tennis and table football.

There are two ground floor bedrooms, a pretty double and a lovely twin, with ample storage for clothes. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, the master king size and a twin bedroom which boasts spectacular waterside views. There is a second bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, there is a large garden which wraps around the entire property.
