Since we did not have every day housekeeping (which is fine), I asked front desk for extra toilet paper rolls and they told me that they are not allowed to give any. Something about us only staying two nights, and apparently they’re not allowed to give any extra toilet paper out, and the amount we have in the room should be sufficient. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where they denied additional toilet paper when requested. Front desk service was very disappointing.

Great hotel, close to LEGOLAND, the beach and places to shop. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here during our annual San Diego and LEGOLAND trip. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly. We were checked in early on our arrival day and greeted. Front desk staff also shared all services they offered guest on property. We have a great time. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay and near Legoland! My husband originally booked us at a not so great hotel, so bad I got us a refund and booked with Residence Inn. It was clean and big for my kids to have enough room to run around. I felt comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also amazing, they had so many options and the staff kept it stocked. The pool was nice and my kids enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend, especially if you like to be comfortable.

Very clean, close to the beach and shopping, great location. Great to have a place with kitchen, BBQ. I think it would be fair to have the check-out time the same as the check-in time.

Nice and clean place with alot of parking space. Just look out for the hidden fees that aren't mentioned. Pretty pricey! The parking is free i think and the breakfast was the highlight for me, really good with multiple options for everyone, but i give my stay an over-all ⭐️⭐️⭐️
