Everything about my stay was very good. Any staff I encountered was helpful, smiling and friendly. I had two problems however. As a small 80 year old woman the bed was difficult for me to get into because it was very high. I also would have liked another grab bar in the shower.

Nice budget option
Very simple place, but staff is friendly. Not that far from ocean despite being on other side of the 5. The room was clean. Only issue is very close to freeway so noise may disturb you getting to sleep.

The room was adequate and check-in was easy. They offered a small continental breakfast. The only complaint was the noise from other guests. The rooms are located around a small courtyard and the courtyard was used for a party. I don’t feel we received good value for the amount we paid.

It was the worst property we ever stayed at. We had a soccer tournament and we called 4 months in advance to ask if we gave them a 24-hour notice if we can cancel our last day of the stay if need they agreed to do so said it would be no problem. When that time came they said nope they can't do that it's policy so they lied to us to get the whole team to stay there and wouldn't refund our money back. Homeless people were wandering around the hotel. It's a joke that they call it a free continental breakfast they literally have one pastry and 1 gallon of juice. Customer service was rude. The rooms were dirty. The pool was green. I would never recommend staying there again. The whole place smelled and there was roaches.

The check in staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is not new but is in good shape and our room were very clean. We have stayed in more expensive hotels and had less service and not clean. The only downside for us was the traffic noise when you step out of the room. The room itself was quiet considering how close the hotel is to the Busy 5 freeway and their “breakfast” consists of a packaged pastry and coffee.

The staff was good. Very clean rooms . Breakfast for the price was terrible all you got was coffee and a pastry very limited. The hotel is located on a very noisy highway and the the guests in the room Next to me was very noisy loud t.v etc.

We wanted the room serviced once during my stay and didn’t get it even though I put the door tag for the room to be changed over. Our mattress pad got wet from water and I asked for a new one and they said they don’t have any spares for changing. All I got was extra blankets and sheets.
