Being a new facility still has "new carpets smell".Staff attentive and keen to please at reception and in restaurant. £10 parking charge a little unusual but would rather pay and hope my car is safe!

We stay at this hotel regularly last night we were given an upgrade or so we thought…… Turns out we were put on the Adult only floor but locked out of the room where they supply complementary drinks. The rooms in the hotel are all the same only difference with this floor is it’s adult only so basically we didn’t get an upgrade. I’ve stayed in the Celtic manor and many sister hotels where any upgrades have also been an upgrade so a bit disappointing however the hotel is clean and the rooms are lovely.
