Welcome to my home!

A contemporary, two-story family home in the idyllic and family-friendly suburbs of Rumney. Just within a short 5-minute drive to a Tesco Superstore where you can pick up your daily essentials, and a direct route to Cardiff Central where you can get in and out of the city within 15 minutes. My home is 87m2 in size, fully furnished and features clean lines and many windows that let in natural sunlight to help brighten the space.

Make yourself comfortable and settle in the living room, where you can unwind on the couch and watch all your favourite shows on the TV. The kitchen and dining are spacious and kitted out with all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals, and it has a charming dining set that overlooks the expansive back garden outside my home.

Two rooms are equipped with king-size beds, and one room with a single bed is ideal for small children. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest.

Additionally, the bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up throughout your stay, while there's an extra toilet room for guests to use freely. Towels and toiletries are given at no additional cost.

Rumeny, a charming area between Cardiff and Newport, offers diverse attractions for visitors of all interests. Surrounded by picturesque landscapes, Rumeny appeals to nature enthusiasts, hikers, and cyclists seeking outdoor adventures. Popular with locals and tourists, Rumeny is a delightful destination to escape the urban bustle and immerse oneself in a relaxed and welcoming environment. With excellent connections to Cardiff and Newport, visitors can easily access the vibrant cities and enjoy a seamless travel experience between the urban and rural delights.

The bus is a 30-second walk from the front door and takes you into the town centre. 15 minute drive. Depending on demand, Uber is between £11 and £15 in the town centre.

Cardiff airport is less than an hour's drive, depending on the route taken and traffic conditions.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
