Estadia muito boa
Adoramos a casa, muito organizada, encontramos todos os utensilios de cozinha que precisávamos. A piscina é muito boa, sempre limpinha. Pra ser perfeita só faltou o wi-fi porque o sinal do celular é muito ruim.

Gostei bastante da casa, é perto da praia e o condomínio é muito bom, porém para ir nos comércios somente de carro, casa não tem wi-fi isso fez uma grande diferença, pois o sinal de internet no condomínio é muito fraco, apenas alguns de nós conseguiu sinal dentro da casa, apenas perto da portaria o sinal era bom pena que nos hospedamos na semana dos desastres em São Sebastião, embora a água não nos atingisse, ficamos quase 24 h sem energia, um aviso para quem for alugar passar bastante repelente, pois os pernilongos não deram trégua na casa. Quanto ao proprietário Sr. André foi muito simpático e bastante solicito.

QUASE tudo perfeito
O imóvel é ótimo, bonito, estava limpo, a piscina é agradável. Tinha tudo para ser perfeito, porém por azar nosso, ficamos uns 3 dias (dos 7 que ficamos) com problemas de falta de água na casa, a bomba d'água estava queimada e algumas vezes deu ar na tubulação. Outro problema que nos prejudicou um pouco, foi a geladeira que não estava funcionando bem. O congelador não congelava as coisas e a geladeira tinha pouca refrigeração. Pelo menos o dono do imóvel nós respondeu sempre rapidamente e tentou resolver os problemas.

A casa fica num condomínio super protegido e próximo a praia. Gostamos da aventura de passar por uma ponte móvel. Tragam bastante repelentes!!
