The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower in the dark. Overall a 3.8/5.

Hotel right on the beach
Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and clean. The restaurant on site called Mar e Terra is absolutely fantastic. The food was prepared immaculately and every meal I ordered was magnificent. The pool and pool bar are fantastic. The staff was excellent and I can't wait to go back.

Poderia ser melhor
Apesar de ser um hotel muito bonito, a sensação de ficar hospedado deixa a desejar, a recepção foi bem fria, impressão que estávamos incomodando o recepcionista, essa foi a primeira impressão a segunda o quarto não estava preparado para 4 hospedes como o que eu reservei, só tinha 3 toalhas e 3 acomodações para dormir, a cama king desconfortável fazia um buraco, onde meu esposo deitava e parecia que tinha um box mais alto que o outro. Haviam hospedes fumando na piscina e com caixa de som nas alturas, musica ambiente desagradável, a cascata da piscina só funcionou na hora que estava fazendo checkout, paguei uma taxa para o meu cachorro e na regra era proibido ele latir... Café da manhã, os frios pareciam estarem passados, poucas opções de frutas, café com gosto de envelhecido.

Fica na praia Massaguaçu que não é voltada para banho. No entanto, a vista do hotel é linda. Para se deslocar a outras localidades leva um tempo, mas a estadia é muito boa. Consegui uma promoção por aqui, o que valeu a pena. Sugiro que possa haver uma reforma, no sentido de melhorar o silêncio nos quartos (como abafamento do som externo da rua) e cobertura/fechamento para o estacionamento dos carros, a fim de melhorar a segurança.
