“May’s Place” - a beach feel comfortable family holiday home.

An ideal three-bedroom retro style family holiday home located in Cape Woolamai, walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. This home is in a quiet street and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer.

Features include:
- Large lounge room with a TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning.
- Modern well laid out kitchen including an electric oven and cook top, range hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and pod coffee machine.
- A small outdoor north facing outdoor area off the kitchen with a BBQ, leading to a large back yard. A great area for the kids to play or the dog to have a fun and it is fully fenced.
- Three bedrooms all with heaters – bedroom 1 and 2 have Queen beds and bedroom 3 has 3 single beds.
- A family bathroom, plus extra shower off the laundry and a separate toilet.
- The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and an extra fridge.
- Plenty of off-street parking and room for your boat.

Walking distance to Cleeland Beach (Newhaven) and a short drive to the Cape Woolamai surf beach. Cape Woolamai is an extremely popular surf beach and is patrolled in the summer period. This beach is ideal for swimming, surfing, walking, fishing and relaxing. Cafes, shops and restaurants are close by at the Cape Woolamai shopping centre and over the bridge in San Remo. Located in a convenient area on Phillip Island.

This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island.

Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment.
