Extra charges, awkward to arrange, but nice place
We were charged a cleaning fee on arrival of R 350 despite the listing stating “daily housekeeping”. Lack of housekeeping was not the issue, the unexpected charge was. Also the unexpected charge for the wifi (which required re-authentication every 5-10 min) was not great as I had to do a bit work while there. Clean and secure apartment overall. However check-in and communication was awkward. Someone from CTHA emailed me to ask for our arrival details. I replied with the info. Then prior to boarding for S Africa the host emailed to ask for this info (which I had already provided). I sent it again. On arrival at the apartment we were met by a third individual who seemed unaware of our arrival time and wanted to hurry our check-in and didn’t have time to answer our concerns, for example, the safe didn’t work. The person checking us in did say the wifi charge would be refunded to us, but this has not yet happened. The third party who manages this apartment (CHTA) did not communicate well. Also no soap, etc in bathroom, be sure to pack some.

checkin trop long! manque de transparence sur les frais : frais de ménage + frais de checkin rajoutés sans avoir été précisés, pourquoi ne pas les inclure dans le prix de base ?? + toutes sortes de procédures de sécurité à faire au moment du checkin : pré autorisation de caution + emprunte de carte + photo de CB + photo du passeport... + signature d'un état des lieux très précis... tout cela pour 2 jours alors même que le total de la réservation était déjà réglé QUE de complications !! pour le reste, logement très bien mais il manque une cafetière, et la clim
