Séjour sympa mais nous ne reviendrons pas
Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cette maison qui a une très belle vue sur l'océan et qui est très bien placée pour profiter de la plage.
Par contre, nous n'avons pas été satisfait concernant la piscine qui était bâchée à notre arrivée et dont nous avions hâte de profiter (enfant en bas âge). La pompe n'était pas en état et n'a pas été réparée pendant notre séjour malgré les dires de l'équipe qui nous a accueilli.
Vu le prix plutôt élevé de la nuit, nous attendions une prestation parfaite et conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons donc demandé un petit geste financier à l'équipe à la fin de notre séjour.
L'équipe nous a répondu qu'une autre piscine commune à toutes les maisons était à notre disposition et que nous aurions pu nous baigner dans la notre malgré l'eau sale (l'équipe d'accueil avait pourtant été claire sur l'impossibilité d'utiliser la piscine).
Ce n'est pas tant le refus d'une compensation qui nous a gêné, mais plutôt l'hypocrisie de l'équipe.
Dommage lorsque l'on se targue de proposer des maisons "luxe"...
