Villa Laguna is an exquisite 3-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home located on Laguna Lake and the North Spreader Waterway, which has boat access to Sanibel Island's tropical beaches, Captiva, Cayo Costa, and Boca Grande. A paved circular driveway welcomes you to this impressive home. It comes with an abundance of upgraded features, including soaring ceilings, awe-inspiring water views from most rooms, a full-length lanai, a custom-designed heated infinity pool and spa, a dock with a charming Tiki hut, and a serenity seating area at the canal with a view of the nature preserve.

Living Room/Office: The luxurious living room area features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Between the dining area and the guest rooms is a competition-size billiard table with additional tabletop tennis equipment for your entertainment. On the second floor is a small office with an internet connection, a bonus room with a flat-screen TV and the third bathroom.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The upgraded luxury gourmet kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets, under cabinet lighting, a center island with stovetop, granite countertops, high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials for cooking your favorite meal. Next to it is a large dining table for 8.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master suite has direct access to the lanai. It features a King size bed, TV, fireplace, and walk-in closets. Attached is a gorgeous bathroom with separate his and hers vanities, a large shower with overhead rain shower head, and a tub, as well as an exercise room with an elliptical trainer and seating area.

Guest Bedroom/Bathroom: For privacy, the 2 guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, and one guest room also has direct access to the lanai. One room features a King-size bed, and the other offers a Full-size bed. They share the second bathroom, which offers a shower/tub combination.

Pool/Lanai/Dock: The spacious pool area features an electric-heated custom-designed infinity pool and spa. Further highlights of the lanai are the shaded outdoor table with chairs, sun lounge chairs, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and an outdoor shower. Entering the home, you are welcomed by a great room with comfortable couches, flat-screen TV, and surround sound system.

Adverse weather impacted full use of facility
With the exception of two days (out of ten) weather was unusually cold & cloudy. This minimized outdoor activities.For those seeking privacy the place is ideal. Wildlife was observed daily from families of racoons to alligators. Recommend for large groups or families.

Wonderful Area
Had a wonderful stay at this property. Pictures on the website are outdated but still a nice house. The view is breathtaking!! Spent most of our time by the pool and it was the best. Be aware there are alligators in the water. Got videos of them swimming by everyday. Overall had a wonderful week at this property.

secluded paradise
The house was amazing and the property manager was so nice and accomodating. He visited the next day to make sure everything was good and answer any questions we had. I loved that personal attention! We spent most days just lounging by the pool overlooking the waterway. The master suite was huge and perfect for our stay. It was quiet and very peaceful. Can't wait to go back sometime. I already have several friends asking for the information.

We absolutely loved this house. Yes some things could be updated but I fear in doing so they will always be booked. The pool and lanai were the star of the show!! Dwayne our check-in agent was amazing! He definitely goes above and beyond!

House is in kind of a secluded area, no other houses beside it. Fishing from the dock was very good, caught several different species. A little bit of a drive to get to the beaches but not to bad. Overall was a good place to stay.

Villa Laguana is amazing! Could accommodate a large party. Amazing views and the pool was fantastic!
You can tell it's a rental property - a little wear and tear, but it's an expensive, high-end property. I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing Mediterranean Villa in Cape Coral
My family spent a week vacation at this Villa in Cape Coral and it is really an amazing property and great value. If we go back to Cape Coral soon, we will be back at this home without a doubt. It had everything for our family to enjoy and relax. The outdoor areas is amazing. Well managed property.

Amazing and beautiful
The pictures on VRBO do not do this home justice. It is amazing! They view, the lani, the pool and main room are breathtaking. We swam, played pool, looked at the wildlife in the water and RELAXED. We would 100% recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

Overall the property was as advertised. Clean, easy check in, quiet street. A couple of minor things at the property could be replaced- ripped curtains in back bedroom, broken shades in upstairs room. A big Thanks to Laura and the maintenance team for personally delivering new fishing poles and fixing one of the bikes that had a flat. I would stay there again

Very nice property. Interior is beautiful, extremely well kept. View is phenomenal, enjoyed the kayak's. Fishing was awesome. Could use some minor outdoor maintenance due to salt water. Would rather have electricity rolled into the overall price. We paid an additional $133 plus the $50 allowance. Thought that was a bit expensive.

Great Location
If it weren't for the excellent help from the property management (Laura & Doug) we would have rated this stay much lower. Three of the four blinds in the Master suite didn't work. The ones on either side of the bed wouldn't close. The one over the tube couldn't be opened or closed unless you climbed in the tube and force it to either be partially open or closed. The owners should have replaced the blinds a long time ago. The lighting in the house is almost all high can lights with no location to sit and read with good light. The location is terrific and a lot of options for activity, dinning, and groceries. Be sure to visit Farmer Joe's.

The home is beautiful BUT I was bitten by some type of bugs in the home and at the pool area
The home is lovely BUT I have over #50bites Insect bites all over my body and now have scars..I reported the bites to management and they said the bites weren't bedbugs they where something called No-see em bugs..told me to keep buying bug spray for the pool area...I was wondering why do I have to spend over $100 on biug spray if I paid over $6,000 to stay there now I have all these scars ALL OVER my body.

Amazing Vacay!
The outdoor space and the location of this property made it absolute perfection. Great House
We were very excited to start our stay at this great looking house and jump in the awesome infinity pool. Unfortunately the pool was solid dark green. That crushed our excitement rapidly. After several phone calls/emails and 2 days later we were finally able to get in the pool and did receive compensation. This house would have definitely been 5 stars if it wasn't for the pool being green. We enjoyed the pool table/ping pong, the lanai and fishing off the dock. Caught several large catfish and a tarpon. The house is well designed as the pictures show. Due to covid we were able to check in by text instead of having someone walk us through the house.

Nice Place with some Notable Exceptions
We had a lot of trouble with the spa and pool. It was presumed to be due to a lightning issue that knocked out several important components little by little. The property manager was very responsive, but we didn't get to fully use the facilities as advertised. If it were not for this unfortunate circumstance, we would have given a much higher rating.
