Villa Patricia is located east of Del Prado Blvd in a great area of town with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and only a short ride by boat to the open water/river and all area beaches.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, dining room, breakfast nook, living- & family room, flat screen TV in living room including TV in master bedroom, TV in queen bedroom, stereo cd-system, DVD player. High speed internet throughout the home.
Fantastic pool area with paver deck, electric heated pool and spa makes this home perfect for a Florida getaway!

Can you say location, location, location?! A boater`s dream, only minutes to the river (two canals) and Gulf of Mexico, beautiful water views and conveniently located to shopping and entertainment. Only minutes to Fort Myers. Quiet area but very close to everything.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Everything was good, but one thing in the description was there was beach chairs. If they meant the ones in the garage they should fix, or replace them or not put in description because they were old and broken. This is ok because my husband used one and just went without. Otherwise everything was great!

Beautiful out door area.

We had a wonderful stay. My first visit to Cape Coral A few hiccups which Florian took care of immediately. We made a few suggestions. Convenience of locations was great. Would recommend this VRBO.

Perfect Private Pool

We absolutely loved the lanai, pool and hot tub area. Enjoying the beautiful sunrise every morning was an added perk. Neighborhood was perfect for morning and evening walks.

Relaxing and quiet

Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, canal view and convenient location. Management company was quick and responsive. Nice large new fridge. House could use some updating but overall we had a great time and would rent again!

Amazing stay!!!

Highly recommend this stay. Our family had a great time. Everything was very well cared for and turned out better than the photos. Dock was perfect for our 22 foot boat with a launch down the road a half a mile. Trailer and car fit in the driveway. Bring chocks as the driveway has an incline.

This is a nice house , the property company does a great job with upkeep. The down side is that it needs a few things updated and worked on. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Quiet and Relaxing

Our family very much enjoyed our time. The property was clean and ready to go with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was perfect and my son enjoyed it every day we were there! The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we came in contact with were so friendly. A great break from living in a big city. Thank you!!!!

Great Place

Great place to stay; pool and hot tub are nice. Only hic cup was pool/sauna heater not working for 4 of the 6 days we were there. Mgr. Tries to fix it one day but wasn’t successful. Didn’t get fixed until two days later do to Thanksgiving holiday. Had beach chairs and toys for kids we used at beach one day. Had everything in home and kitchen we needed for week. Location is close to stores and restaurants. Would stay here again.
