The newly expanded and renovated 80ft+ dock area features a huge 450sq ft shaded platform for drinks and meals. Our dock area totals 1300sq ft of over water space, one of the largest residential docks in all of Cape Coral.
You are welcome to bring you boat and tie it up to one of many docking options (with piling bumpers) during your stay. In water docking options can accommodate vessels to 30ft+ with drafts to 4ft+. We also offer free trailer parking on the lot in front of our home
Our lake is on a saltwater canal system that ties directly in to Matlacha Pass/Charlotte Harbor no locks or bridges to get to the Gulf of Mexico. By boat, the run to the most spectacular beaches and waterfront dinning in SW FL is only 45+ mins away.
In addition, there is fishing available right from the dock and fishing poles available for your use. Many guests catch dinner while relaxing on the dock. Snook, Redfish, Sheepshead & Mangrove Snapper are all potential catches.
The home is immaculate and cleaned weekly (in between renters) to the highest standards including C-19 level disinfecting and HVAC filter changes. We are maintaining a vacancy period between rentals to insure C-19 safety. All flooring is either tile or hardwood. You will not find another home cleaned to the level of safety & perfection of this house. A minimum of 12 hours+ of cleaning is completed weekly.
The great room features a new 75-inch 4K Smart/ROKU TV. The TV is visible from all common areas (Family Room, Kitchen & Dinning) area for you to enjoy streaming YouTube TV (70 channels++), Netflix, Prime, HBO etc.
All bedrooms have 50 inch Smart/ROKU TV’s.
Accommodations are for 6 adults/kids. The kitchen contains appliances that were new in 2019 and the kitchen is outfitted with all cookware required by the most particular chefs.
This home is not outfitted like other rentals, every imaginable cooking item/extra is in this kitchen.
The pool cage is screened with 20/20 no-see-um screen to keep the absolute smallest of bugs out of the pool area.
Given proper notice, the owner can arrange for boat outings to the beaches and local restaurants for additional costs as well. Leave from your dock for a day of fun to look for dolphin, cruise around or go to amazing waterfront restaurants!
In addition, the owner is a USCG Licensed Captain that happy to entertain calls in advance of stays to share his 34 years of knowledge in the area reference boat navigation and recommend fishing spots throughout Matlacha Pass, Charlotte Harbor & Pine Island Sound.
The owner can also recommend golf courses that available within a 5-10 min drive. There are 100's of holes to play within a few miles of our home.

We self manage the property so you will dealing directly with the owner and we want to ensure that everything is 100% perfection. Most properties in Cape Coral are managed by property management companies that are slow to respond and do not take pride in the cleanliness and maintenance of their properties. Our vacation house is maintained and cleaned inside and out to the highest possible standards.
All questions and requests to book will be responded to within an hour or less between the hours of 9am - 11pm.
In addition, we only rent the property for a limited number of weeks per year. The house shows zero “rental wear” so the pictures are 100% accurate. No garage access as this is reserved for the owners personal items.

The dock will be expanded during the 2023 season with a huge over water 12x15ft remote control platform lift for kayaks. This will provide safe entry and exit into the water. Kayaks will be available for use during 2023 as well.
