Thank you for taking the time to read about our condo we named “Endless Summer”. It has been our beach retreat (even though we live close by) for 6 years, also sharing it with others! We rent short term exclusively through VRBO and also have a long term renter who enjoys the condo 4 months out of the year (reason why you will not see reviews January-April). I am onsite prior to every new reservation (reviewing and inspecting) making sure your stay is flawless! I also offer to do your grocery shopping for you (please confirm availability) and load into the condo refrigerator/cupboards for a small fee… wouldn’t that be great to just walk in and start your vacation! I am also a quick call/text away for any concern or question, so just let me know!

*Included WiFi (very helpful with work/school during travel at great speeds).
* We want you to be comfortable allowing you to control the temperature, just be responsible (no leaving doors /window open while running the a/c).
*Our first floor 800 square foot unit sleeps 6 IN BEDS.
*full size murphy bed in living room
*queen size bed with memory foam topper in master bedroom.
* twin daybed with twin trundle
* pack n play small high chair available in walk through closet.
* The spa like bathroom is accessible from the main living area or master bedroom allowing for privacy.
* All mattresses and pillows are protected by Linenspa encasements.
* The walk in shower is tiled to allow for roll in ease of use with heavy duty grab bars
* Separate bathtub (heavy duty grab bars) allows for easy clean up of children after the beach
* Separate sink and vanity area with many drawers and hairdryer.
* A renovated, fully stocked kitchen allows for comforts of home with soft close cabinets for peace and quiet.
*Meals can be easily prepared for a party of 6 on granite countertops with newly purchased flatware, Corelle dishes, outdoor plates, plastic dishes/cups for kids, cookware, crockpot, and a variety of cookie sheets, pizza and muffin pans.
*All appliances are stainless steel, full sized, including toaster oven, 12 cup coffee maker, and Keurig
* Samsung large capacity front load washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.
*A separate dining area that seats 4 as well as bar stool seating for an additional 4 at the kitchen peninsula.
*The outdoor patio has four teak chairs with cushions and two coffee tables along with a storage container with all beach gear
*2 TOMMY BAHAMA RECLINING BEACH CHAIRS AND LARGE ADJUSTABLE BEACH UMBRELLA. I WILL HAVE THESE CHAIRS IN THE WALK THROUGH CLOSET TO PREVENT RUSTING. IF THEY ARE USED, PLEASE RINSE WITH THE HOSE NEXT TO THE BEACH BOARDWALK, DRY AND RETURN TO THE CLOSET. This is the only request I ask of my guests during the entire stay and therefore will have to hold the security deposit if not done. THERE ARE NO CLEANING REQUIREMENTS AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, PLEASE ENJOY YOUR STAY AND NOT WORRY ABOUT A LIST OF TO DO ITEMS
* Two gated, private boardwalks to the beach are within feet of your front door.
*Beach/pool towels, 2 large boogie board, small cooler and plenty of sand toys provided.
*The grounds of Royal Mansions is well maintained, located on a dead end street surrounded by live oaks and no thru traffic.
*Wild peacocks are frequently seen in the surrounding area.
* There are dedicated biking paths and availability to enter Jetty Park (world renown fishing) within walking distance (1.5 mile)
* Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier on the beach (2.3 mile).
* Royal Mansions complex provides the closest beach to all Orlando's attractions including Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. Not to mention just 5 minutes from Port Canaveral and cruise terminals.
*This location is unique since all space launches can be viewed close up on the boardwalk or beach
*43” smart TV in the living room and 43” iTV in bedroom. You are responsible for signing in to your own subscription services. LIVE TV is the option to choose when watching cable/HBO (provided)
*Free onsite parking with security fencing and code specific gate for entry into parking area.

Can't wait to return
From the initial booking process to the departure out stay was excellent. The condo was just as described and even has a few extra's that weren't mentioned. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. The access to the beach made for a wonderful early morning and late-night walks. Even though the pool is next to the front door, we never heard a thing. We are already planning for our next stay there.

Our stay was perfect! Gretchen made everything easy from beginning to end. Condo was very clean and stocked with supplies that aren't typically provided. Our stay with our son and 8 year grandson couldn't have been better. I hope it works for us to return another time. Highly recommend!

Great little stay
Sweet little condo had all the amenities and was thoughtfully stocked. The weather didn't cooperate much for us, but we were still able to get in the pool and hot tub in the wind :) The beach was nice and close, the condo was quiet, grounds all clean and maintained nicely. We went to eat at two of the places Gretchen recommended and they were great picks! Lots to do within a short drive. Would've loved to visit the pier - maybe next time! Excellent communication, easy check in and check out - I'd love to stay again sometime NOT in hurricane season - ha!

This was an amazing place to stay. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. Our children enjoyed all of the things for the beach and sand as well. I had everything I needed to do a few loads of laundry and cook breakfast for us. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip.

I'd buy this place if I could.
This condo stay was amazing! We came to florida from Minnesota for my daughter to go to space camp at the Kennedy Space Center. This was a great and convenient spot to stay for that. It's about a 20 min, easy drive to the KSC visitor center, and after camp, we had the pool, a short boardwalk to the beach, only a few minutes drive to all the attractions at Coco Beach, and of course the beautiful condo. It was easy to see how much love was placed in the decoration and setup of the condo. All the amenities of home, and in a very cute setting. The place was immaculately clean, lots of supplies, towels, beach toys and accessories and even a small welcome snack basket. I wouldn't change a thing about our stay, it was wonderful. The minute we walked in I said to my wife "I wonder if they would sell this place?" I liked it so much. The owners have great communication, we received messages beforehand for the whole check in process, things to do, and more. We had a slight issue with the electronic door lock one of the days (user error on my part) and a quick phone call and chat fixed us right up. All in all an A+ experience.

Barker Family Vacation
We have stayed at Royal Mansions before and always enjoyed the close proximity to the beach - just steps away. Our Grandkids, 12, 10 and 9 had been asking to see the ocean. They were so excited and had the best time at Endless Summer. Everything is provided for you including beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards for fun filled days at the beach. Any questions are quickly answered with a quick text to Gretchen. Endless Summer is a lovely place to stay. It was so convenient for us as the pool is just steps away for the Grandkids to swim. We also enjoyed the rocket launches and were able to see two during our stay. Everything was immaculate and tastefully decorated. You will not be disappointed if you have a chance to stay at Endless Summer.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Great location, 7 mins from Port Parking. It was clean cute and cozie. Short walk to the beach that was beautiful and not crowed. We then enjoyed the pool on ghe way in and it was wonderful, and clean. The condo had everything, beach stuff, coffee station, tray of snacks, nice fluffy white towels. I loved the hamper in the bathroom, the shower was super clean and felt great on your feet. Bath and Body Works hand soap. We loved the Roku TV and the AC was kicking! Samsung washer and dryer was awesome. Absolutely a wonderful stay, Gretchen was on it with the communication as well, it was wonderful to be in contact with the owner and not a company. Absolutely wonderful! We are booking for next year!

Best place in the Cape!
You can’t ask for a better place in Cape Canaveral. The location is fantastic, the condo is clean and comfortable! You are on the beach with a private boardwalk for this condo complex meaning the beach isn’t overrun with people. Plenty of beach towels, toys etc provided so no need to bring your own. The pool is clean and right outside the door! We were never bothered by noise from outside. We will come back to this unit every summer!

This condo was exactly what my family of 5 needed to relax and rest after the Disney parks. The KSC is a short drive away and the host gave us a list of local shops/restaurants nearby to enrich our experience. She even sent us a notification about a rocket launch and so thankful she did--was a highlight! Property clean and secure; perfect for families. Everything you need for the beach is available which made our beach day effortless! Would definitely stay here again...we even ran into someone staying at a different condo on the property who mentioned they wish they had gotten this one as they had stayed there before.

Royal mansion
This VRBO is in a great location and gated for security. The beach is literally in the backyard. Gretchen is a fantastic host. She keeps in complete contact with you and also keep you updated on any upcoming launches from the Kennedy space center that you could witness. The property we stayed at was absolutely gorgeous, my daughter wants to live there. We will definitely be returning.
