The property is located in the Lucca countryside, in a strategic position to visit the most beautiful places in Tuscany in the close vicinity of the most famous historic villas of the Lucca area, 15 minutes from Lucca and 25 minutes from the city of Pisa, the sea and the mountains.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, with remote-controlled entrance to the private parking and direct access to a large porch facing the pool and garden.

We offer a living room equipped with all the comforts and advanced technology for relaxation: air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, satellite television, free internet connection via wi-fi.

The large bedroom is equipped with an extra large double bed, single bed and cot for children on request.

All openings to the outside are equipped with mosquito nets.

The second bedroom features a comfortable double sofa bed, a large sideboard with satellite TV, children's games, books and local guides in various languages, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge + freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka, American coffee machine, toaster, complete dishes.

Great hosts and location
Italo, Etta, and Vera are the ultimate hosts; they provided great input to questions we had before arrival and during our stay. They shared their own wine and olives with us, provided fresh herbs from their garden for our dinner and welcomed us into their family. At the same time they provided privacy and let us enjoy the pool and house. A great place to stay and explore Tuscany.

Handy fro Lucca
As described. Italo was helpful and left us some produce from his own garden during our stay. Air conditioning was bliss. Restaurant, bar and small supermarket within a couple of hundred yards. Other shops and restaurants not much further away but a fairly busy road so we didn't walk to them. You will need a car. The apartment is in a "suburb" of Lucca which was only about 10 -15 minutes drive away and several big supermarkets in the area. Convenient for Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre and Northern Tuscany. If you don't mind a bit of driving much of Central and Southern Tuscany within reach on a day trip. Happy to recommend

Zuhause in Italien
Unsere Zeit bei Etta und Italo war wunderbar, wir fühlten uns sofort wie Zuhause! Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, erhielten viele Tipps für Unternehmungen. Uns gefielen vor allem die persönlichen Gespräche mit den Beiden. Das Haus mit dem Garten und dem schönen Pool bot uns viel Raum für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Toskana. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, da wir uns selbst versorgten. Alle Räume waren sauber, im gutem Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation verlief einfach und schnell. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, und wünschen Etta, Italo und Vera alles Gute. Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja wieder? Wir würden gerne wiederkommen ;) Liebe Grüße Thomas & Heidrun

Wunderbar
Wir waren eine Woche im August bei Italo und Etta als Familie mit drei Kindern. Der Pool mit Garten waren traumhaft. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bad ist neu und sauber. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit, so was haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt und unsere Kinder haben sie geliebt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!! Danke für den tollen Urlaub!!

Absolut empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist superschön und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer ist sehr modern. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit dem tollen großen Pool, in dem ich jeden Morgen mein Runden gedreht habe. Es gab eine schöne Terrasse mit einem Grill. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und sind täglich nach Lucca gefahren (ca. 15 Minuten), was Italo immer ein Lächeln auf die Lippen zauberte. Die Gastgeber, Italo und Etta, sind ein supernettes älteres Ehepaar und sehr bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfinden, was wir auch taten. Vielen lieben Dank an Italo, Etta und Vera für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und dass wir Eure tolle Wohnung nutzen durften.

Wonderful apartment with private pool
Our stay at Italo and Etta's charming house was a delightful experience. The location served as an ideal base for exploring the beautiful northern region of Tuscany. The highlights were undoubtedly the inviting pool, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat, and the lovely home cooked dinner that Etta prepared us. The hosts' warm hospitality extended to assisting us in finding a wonderful restaurant in Lucca, with room for us and our friends from home. Contrary to some reviews, we personally did not encounter any significant noise disturbance from the nearby road, allowing us to relax and unwind without interruption. Should fate allow us to revisit this part of Italy, we will definitely consider returning. If you're seeking a tranquil and memorable vacation in Tuscany, Italo and Etta's place comes highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was our first time booking a house for our summer vacation. We came a really long way and I can tell that it was absolutely worth it. The house owners were very friendly, hospitable and respected our privacy. We spent the most fun and unforgettable time there and can only recommend you to go there, too. Clean, everything you need can be found, markets nearby... It was just top for us as a family of five.

House was very nice, clean, fully equipped and pleasant. Very nice pool that is cleaned by the owners on a daily basis. Very quiet environment. Owners were very polite, friendly and helpful and love in the same house but leaving you alone so you have enough privacy. We have had a very relaxed and great time!

Alles Top, gerne wieder!!!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Highlight war natürlich der tolle großzügige Pool und bei den heißen Temperaturen die Klimaanlage, die es uns sehr erträglich gemacht hat. Die Lage ist absolut genial. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist dennoch schnell in Lucca und Pisa. Es ist bestimmt nicht das letzte mal, dass wir diese Ferienwohnung gebucht haben. Vielen dank and die tollen Gastgeber.

Wonderful!
We enjoyed very much our 2 weeks stay at Vera's holiday house. The house is very clean and well equipped and the pool is big. The owners are very friendly and helpful. As my husband wanted rent a bicycle, Vera's father escorted him from one bicycle shop to the other to find one. There's a huge supermarket in 5 minutes drive. There is also a little supermarket just in the corner too. Highly recommended!

Fijn appartement heerlijk zwembad!
Wij hebben hier nachten in dit comfortabele appartement gelogeerd. Het Itolo, Emilia en Vera waren zeer gastvrij. Locatie was goed uitgangspunt voor zowel bezoek aan Lucca als kleine bergdorpjes.

Prachtig huis
Het is een schitterend huis, met een heerlijk zwembad. Het ontbreekt aan niets! De eigenaren zijn hele vriendelijke mensen en helpen je graag. Vanuit hier ben je zo in Lucca en ook een dagje naar Florence, Pisa, Volterra enz. is ideaal vanuit deze locatie. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herzlichen Vermietern
Italo und Emilia sind sehr hilfsbereite und äußerst zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand und der Pool der Highlight, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, Cafe und Pizzeria. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, für uns hat alles gepasst .

Una bella villa, confortevole, ben curata e pulitissima. I proprietari che abitano in una porzione della stessa sono estremamente cortesi, gentili e riservati. La villa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione visibile nel sito. Dotata di ogni confort, dall'aria condizionata sino ad un grande bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio e con una cucina pienamente accessoriata. Fantastica la piscina ad uso esclusivo. La posizione dell’abitazione consente di raggiungere facilmente le principali mete turistiche della zona. Lucca, Pisa, Firenze e le Cinque Terre!

relax e divertimento
Abbiamo passato una settimana molto piacevole e rilassante, nonchè di divertimento grazie alla fantastica piscina. La casa possiede ogni confort necessario, è ben curata e pulita ed è situtata in una zona molto ben servita vicina a diverse mete turistiche. Infine i due proprietari Italo ed Etta sono due persone molto carine e disponibili; ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra; addirittura Etta ci ha preparato la torta per il compleanno di nostro figlio. Grazie!! Speriamo di rivederci presto.
