The Space:

Those with wheelchairs or mobility issues will appreciate the wheel chair ramp making the 2nd floor views accessible.

We have a cement driveway that can fit 4-5 cars, plus some grass/rock parking off the street. Uber & Lyft can pickup from here during daylight, but plan for 30 minute wait times.

We require a rental agreement to be signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & noise disturbances.

We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee & reserve the right to charge for additional urine cleaning, fleas or damage.
